(Senior) Scheduler, FWEPL, Power Generation Plants

Senior Scheduler/Team Leader,

  •  Coaching, mentoring and leading personnel within a scheduling environment;
  • Preparation, issue and maintenance of the overall Project Schedule to meet contract requirements and Project milestones for the proposal and execution phase;
  • Preparation, issue and maintenance of detail networks for the Project incorporating design, documentation, interfaces, procurement, supply and erection and commissioning activities;
  • Establishment of critical path activities and the float available to the project teams;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the Works and providing regular updates to the Project Director, Participant Project Managers, Site Manager and Customer;
  • Identifying and predicting potential scheduling problems (using look-ahead programmes) and advising the Project Director and relevant parties concerned in order to implement corrective action(s);
  • Managing rescheduling activities in the event delays occur and/or additional work isrequired in agreement with the Project Director, Site Manager and Participant Project Managers;
  • Assisting the Site Manager in the implementation and execution of the Site Schedule
  • Preparing progress status reports for Project Director, Site Manager, Participant ProjectManagers, and the Customer and attendance at progress meetings.
