- Prepares procedures for various project control activities including budget preparation, forecasts and related cost engineering and planning/scheduling functions.
- Production schedule of cutting, rolling and assembling/welding.
- Comparing the actual cost against estimated cost at various level of the project.
- Responsible for the development of the overall status reporting on the financial aspects and the schedules associated with these Construction Projects.
- Weekly productivity control and report.
- Production reports of Cutting, Rolling, Seam Welding, Fitting, Butt Welding, Tubular transfer.
- Liaise with Purchasing for the procurement of repair services and to expedite materials.
- Liaise with Workshop with clarifying work scope requirements equipment requirements and delivery requirements.
- Provide status reports as required by the customer or internally.
- Raise request to engineering as required.
- In consultation with relevant parties, develop overall Project Schedule as an accurate model of all required project timescales, taking account of resource requirements. Save approved plan as the Baseline Schedule.
