Integrated refining and petrochemicals complex Facilities expansion include Buildings, all interconnecting pipe ways, approximately 1600 interfaces, piping, flare system, New main central control room, revamp of existing control room, fuel oil & gas distribution networks, waste water collection systems, permanent roads, conversion of existing Tankage, blending & metering system, chemical storage system, modification of product export facility, 8 new substations, 1,280km of cable underground electrical and general field instruments. 10 million man-hours plus direct labour; construction Site based at existing Rabigh refinery on the west cost of Saudi Arabia.
Subsequently relocated to Rabigh Construction Site, as senior planner, establishing P3 Level 3 system based schedule and managing contractor’s level 4 schedules to milestone requirements. Later the role progressed into leading planning team for 12 months, being responsible for overall control & checking of deliverables, FW weekly report, Monthly report critical path analysis/ planning sections & overall reviewing, FW Level 1,2&3 schedule overall control.
