Prince Charles Hospital Upgrade

As Project Manager, I managed of a team of twenty direct staff and nineteen subcontractors, ensuring the successful design, planning, procurement and delivery of Stage 2A ($18 million) and Stage 2BC ($25 million) of the redevelopment and expansion of the hospital for Project Services and Queensland Health.

●    Provides the leadership, directions and control over all the programs, projects and activities of the Planning Section.

●    Initiates, prepares and endorses continuous improvement and cost cutting programs.

●    Prepares and monitors technical KPI’s; follows up warranty claims against suppliers.

Program portfolio management and front end project controls set up.

Corporate process and procedures development and updates and audit undertakings.

Provide forensic and planning support to projects.

Progress reports and performance review and analysis.

Trend and variance analysis, cost and time forecasting.

Schedule development (Tender and Implementation) with risk and opportunities accounted.

Development of Project Controls Plan, Basis of Schedule document, Construction methodology document, input to project execution plan.
