Involved in Al-Khafji Joint Operations’ (KJO) project; KJO, a partnership between Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KGOC) and ARAMCO Gulf Operations Company (AGOC), The project involves major Infrastructure development of Khafji area and the project comprises of various Roads, Bridge, Power stations, Storm water drainage, etc.

The entire Project Control Team was co-located in one office under M/s Dar Al-Handasa (PMC) for the Master Plan development and to handle the following major projects;

Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans -Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise - Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development - liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project; - liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress; - pre
