Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans -Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise - Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development - liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project; - liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress; - preparing reports as required; -Developing and maintaining programmes and other time related material. -Implementing robust project controls and accurate reporting and forecasting.
