I joined Crossrail in June 2015 where I am directly accountable for ensuring visibility and accuracy of programme performance data, and providing the Executive Leadership with the information they need in order to manage the programme and maintain their focus in the right areas. Having joined an already established world-class team, my primary focus in the first 6 months has been to review and evolve the Controls function to ensure that it is ‘fit-for-purpose’ for the remainder of the duration of the works.
