o Responsible for the update and coordination of all Design and Field Unit Project Programmes within the Partnership agreement with Scottish Water Solutions (SWS). o Required constant interaction with In House Design Managers, Engineers and Commercial Managers as well as regular liaison with the SWS Project Managers, Project Controls and Commercial Managers at Portfolio Operational Reviews. o Created and monitored the progress of Detailed Design Schedules including the requirements for any and all interactions with SWS and their relevant Construction Partners. o Monitored and reviewed the feasibility of Sub-Contractor Schedules and their ability to meet the required Contractual aspects of the Projects, and seeking justifications for any discrepancies o Produced Monthly Portfolio Dashboard reports that are monitored at Senior Management level within Jacobs, and also at Senior Management level within SWS. o Created and introduced new Processes and Procedures for Planning within the Project Controls team, including their roll out and interaction with the Design department. o Assisted with the training and development of new and junior planners.
