Piping Group. Planning (xls), General management (Piping Workshops), Test Packs Supervisor,  (8 months).

Project details:Project value of onshore section US$4billion, scope contract value US$200,000,000 (later about doubled value in two years). The offshore assets will deliver gas to two liquefied natural gas (LNG) mega-trains at Ras Laffan, one each owned by Qatargas 3 and Qatargas 4. Each train will be capable of producing 7.8 million tonnes of LNG, plus other associated products, annually. Our scope consisted of the construction of the slug catcher, steel and concrete piperacks, underground works, air cooler condensers, tank foundations.

●      Initially transferred from the technical office to overhaul the information flow of the piping department, create a database and increase internal coordination between piping prefabrication shops and erection site. During which time mostly used as a problem solver.

●      Later acted as test packet supervisor for the first batch’s of lines (Hydro/Pneumatic).
