He is experienced in Project / Contract Management and Dispute Resolution, and is a Claims' Expert with extensive international experience gained in multi-disciplinary Civil Engineering Projects in Italy, Iran, Libya, South Africa, Kingdom of Lesotho, Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, Turkey, Panama and Romania, who attained professional recognition over the past thirty years of experience in Civil Engineering. Has demonstrated acumen for planning, construction and design engineering and management at all levels, has an acute awareness of cost control and project planning, ability to provide an immediate and calculated response to situations both in the financial and technical sectors of the profession, who possesses a proven ability to sustain responsibilities from high level management through to operational level. He possess an openly communicative disposition at every level of management, with Consultants, Contractors, Owners/Employers, Government Officials, Banking and Insurance Institutions and has earned the respect and trust of many parties involved in this complex and demanding industry at every level over the years. He has an acute awareness of specific Country and International Law, the importance of quality and safety and the moral and legal responsibilities that they impose. Although specifically a Pavement Engineer by profession, the international experience gained has enabled the development of his wide diversity of skills in Contract, Delay and Quantum Analyses, Planning Engineering, Construction law and Claims.
