Reactor, retrofitting of all structural steel, piping modifications to allow for tie-ins, and electrical and controls required for the project. Coordinated and implemented the shutdown schedule.  Defined and developed the turnover process using Exxon Chemicals PSSR (Project Safety Startup Procedure) for 40 system packages.   Executed the turnover in a 7-day outage and turned over to Exxon Chemical all systems with ZERO punch list items.

 

GT 601 Hot Path Turnaround - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Project Engineer and System Turnover Manager for the project.   Scope involved a Hot Path turnaround for a Gas Turbine.  The entire machine was dismantled and reassembled during a 10-day outage. Coordinated and implemented the shutdown schedule.  Developed the turnover process using Exxon Chemicals PSSR (Project Safety Startup Procedure) for 24 system packages. All 24 systems were turned over to Exxon Chemical with ZERO punch list items.

Project Engineer and System Turnover Manager for the project.   Scope included chemical cleaning of all piping systems, exchangers, reactors, drums and sulfur pit.            Responsible for development and implementation of 15-day shutdown schedule in an operating refinery. Coordinated the inspection of all equipment and piping systems prior to re-instating after chemical cleaning.   Developed the turnover process using Citgo Refineries PSSR (Project Safety Startup Procedure) for 32 system packages.  All systems were turnover to Citgo with ZERO mechanical punch list items.

Amine II Shutdown - Lake Charles, Louisiana

Project Engineer for the Shutdown.  Scope included chemical cleaning of all piping systems, exchangers, reactors, drums and towers.  Responsible for the development and implementation of 12-day shutdown schedule in an operating refinery. Coordinated the inspection of all equipment and piping systems prior to re-instating after chemical cleaning.  Demolished in place an Amine drum during outage and coordinated the efforts to build in place a new drum.  Developed the turnover process using Citgo Refineries PSSR (Project Safety Startup Procedure) for 27 system packages.  All systems were turnover to Citgo with ZERO mechanical punch list items.
