  • Plans and schedules the work on-site in line with client requirements.
  • Develop WBS based program in P6, including presentation of activity codes & project codes to the project.
  • Define resources, assign it to activities and organize activities based on resource.
  • Review/submit the program for the approval from consultant (i.e. work programs submissions).
  • Update the project as per the target date.
  • Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly Progress meeting with Contractor, consultant and client.
  • Update Project Manager and project management team on plans on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Monitoring and control of Electrical, HVAC, Pluming and Fire Fighting works.
  • Coordinates with the main contractor’s planning engineer as well as other contractors on-site to develop feasible schedules.
  • Coordinates with project engineers to assess the progress of works executed.
  • Report to the project manager on the progress of the work.
  • Report on whether the work-progress is according to the master plan.
  • Preparation of Daily and Weekly Reports based on site progress.
  • Monitoring of Engineering submittals and Procurement.
  • Co-ordination with execution team for monitoring site progress.
  • Preparation of Notice of Delays and submitting to Main contractor on timely manner.
