Planner/Scheduler, BP, Major Maintenance Project

·         Gatekeeper of the constrained activities plan, ensuring resources, materials; over-side works; standby vessels, work-packs, permits, services and LOLER requirements are all aligned for a successful activity execution.

·         Lead role in planning and delivery of Area 6-Week and 1-Week site schedule, which fosters safe, reliable operations and drives site execution efficiency.

·         Builds an achievable plan that includes correctly prioritised and executable work-scopes that ensure platform integrity and key business KPI drivers without compromise.

·         Accountable for all safety critical activities and raises Preventative/Corrective Maintenance deferrals and risk assessments where appropriate.

·         Verifies the validity of Operations and TAR work scope by means of worksite visits and work order data quality checks to ensure successful execution of activities. 

·         Performs resource levelling across all activities to ensure maintenance activities do not over-load departments.

·         Organises all mobilisations to the platform and manages 3rd party vendors whilst on platform.

·         Active member of the offshore management team who confidently provides training and presentations for the workforce.

·         Lead role in daily Maximo review and prioritisation meeting with maintenance and operations team to ensure that KPI drivers are being managed and maintained.

·         Conducts ‘Safety Observation Conversations’ whilst out on platform and captures data in BOSS/POST system.

·         Able to easily engage withAOM, OIM, Lead Area Scheduler, TAR Team and all other planning functions e.g. ACE, Maintenance, Engineering, HSSE

·         Construction and TAR Work pack Coordinator

·         Familiar with ISSOW, WCC, ICC as a member of HSSE Team and regular member of the permit meetings.
