Ø  Assisting the Resident Engineer in developing schedule evaluation criteria to ensure Contractor compliance with their contractual obligations.

Ø  Reviewing the Contractor’s detailed work program submissions and prepare the evaluation report.

Ø  Advising and assisting the Contractor in the development of the resource and cost-loaded work programs.

Ø  Recording and reporting the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.

Ø  Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays, and regularly update claims and variation logs.

Ø  Advising the Resident Engineer of any potential delays to the program, and work closely with the project team to develop mitigations to minimize or avoid these delays.

Ø  Assisting the Resident Engineer for the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

Ø  Producing cash flows in Primavera P6 and work with Resident Engineer to liaise with the Commercial team.

Ø  Participating in Weekly and Monthly Progress Meetings.

Ø  Monitoring actual production rates and compare with planned.

Ø  Maintaining database of production rates and support lessons learnt library.

Ø  Reviewing the actual implemented bills of quantity and the cost and resource loading prepared by the Contractors.

Ø  Ensuring all document records and logs related to potential schedule delays/claims from the Contractor are filed and maintained in accordance with the project Quality Management System. These include but are not limited to: logs of shop drawings, material submittals, test certificates, procurement, method statements, site inspection requests, as-built drawings, and other manuals.
