Ø  Application of SCADA system to generate  14days look ahead schedule for activities network

Ø  Updating of baseline multi-level schedule, identifying risks, implementing change management processes and project control procedures

Ø  Quantify and identify proposed scope items

Ø  Write complete scopes of work, identify materials for procurement

Ø  Planning for the execution of the scope of work and  provide execution contract boilerplates

Ø  Creates bill of material for assigned work, requisitions material as directed, and ensures all material is delivered before feed out of unit.

Ø  Field verifies work described in initial TA work list and develops detailed work scope activities including craft type, estimated man hours, detailed execution plan, and schedule

Ø  Assesses job to understand the optimal plan to achieve TA premises including minimizing cost and maximizing safety performance to create an initial scope or proposed work list

Ø  Responsible for planning and scheduling all activities for a single turnaround block, up to $40MM or 200,000 direct field labor hours.

Ø  Coordinates with numerous other disciplines including operations, engineering, procurement and finance.

Ø  Loads schedule logic into tool provided to efficiently execute scope of work and resource level the plan.

Ø  Works with other lead Scheduler to optimize the master schedule.

Ø  Completes estimate of Direct Field Labor hours, overheads, materials, and equipment for assigned area.

Ø  Responsible for dynamically updating of schedule during execution for assigned block and work activities.
