July, 2000 Lead Planner for the Engineering Services Contract (Launch Services - LX) for NASA. I oversee the management of the individual Element planners. Additionally I review / validate adherence to DCMA & GOA scheduling guidelines and metrics. Our current IMS consists of 54 projects and @ 9,500 tasks.
