1) Preparing planning and estimation works for new project from consultant

2)Prepair rate analyses for all tender item

3)Invite contrators for tender issue to submission process

4) Make comparative statement of all contrators tender

5)Materials checking and collect testing report (which are attachment with bill copy)

6)Make schedule of works and site super vision

7)checking all bill and send to consultant

8)Meeting with contrator for works progress and check all daily progress report
