   Duties & Responsibilities:

 

·         Assigned as Senior Civil Engineer with special task on handling various position such as Structural Tower Engineer, Planning/Scheduling, Contract Engineer & QA/AC Engineer for various projects.

·         Prepare bids & proposals which includes bill of quantities, materials take-off, Cost Estimates, Master Schedule, Manpower and Equipment schedules, PERT-CPM and detailed schedules.

·         Provide practical expertise in Estimating and other estimating tools and standards in order to ensure overall project estimate quality.

·         Conduct site survey for bid proposals and for structural design analysis and formulate comprehensive report to project manager.

·          Prepare the relevant design parameters, specifications, standards, inputs, spreadsheet calculation formats and other considerations for designing and analyzing of Steel Tower Structures.

·         Calculate/prepare the design inputs/loadings using the gathered information from site survey and other references that required by the Mast & GuyMast program.

·         Perform the analysis by using the Mast & GuyMast Software.

·         Extract the required output data’s (stresses & loadings) from the program and analyze using spreadsheet calculation format.

·         Prepare the Design Package Submittals into 4 stages (30%, 60%, 90% and final Design).

·         Leads in the preparation of Design Drawings, IFC Drawings and Structural Detailing.

·         Inspect and monitor the work implementation from fabrication to installation of structures.

·         Ensure that on-site construction works are carried according to local regulations and requirements.

·         Site Representative during the duration of the project, at any and all times, to review all aspects of Construction activities and to perform whatever inspection and testing that is required by the contract.

·         Works closely with the Site Agent/Project Manager on the contract to establish construction methods and program requirements.

·         Coordinate with construction team to update project progress on regular basis and notify of delays, if any.

·         Advise Project Team Leaders of deviations to plan, and be prepared to recommend corrective action to maintain the schedule or cost.

·         Assist Project Manager in tendering, evaluation, coordinating and reviewing on how whole construction process is to be done (all disciplines).

·         Assist other engineers in the solution of problems outside their specialties.
