2.             PROJECT: MEDINAH HOUSING PROJECT

Position: Project Control Engineer.

·         Part of Project Initiation Team.

·         Preparing Baseline and Initiation Submittals for Planning & Project Controls.

·         To generate the 1 month and 3 month look ahead plan

·         Monitoring and controlling the Project and Plan

·         To ensure allocation of drawing to WBS and OBS

·         To ensure the Company Systems are implemented on site properly

3.             PROJECT: JEDDAH STORMWATER DRAINAGE PROGRAM

Client: Emirate of Makkah Province, ARAMCO .

Project Value: 750 Million SAR.

Position: Project Control Engineer.

·         To provide day to day planning support to Project engineers/Lead discipline Engineer to help ensure the successful delivery of all work within assigned project.

·         To develop and produce Planning Deliverables such as Gantt charts, Network Diagrams, S-curves, Histograms and tabular man-hour report.

·          To implement best practices and planning systems/tools

·         To participate in sub-ordinate competency assessment and development.

·           Engineering resources forecasting within assigned projects.

·         To develop and produce integrated Engineering and Construction plans at various levels for assigned project.

·         To produce and communicate planning deliverables.

·         To communicate with assets planners and attend Asset Planning meetings.

·         To communicate and work very closely with cost, estimating and procurement departments.

·         To understand the project team and client reporting requirements and expectations including performance measures and key performance indicators ( KPI’s)

·         To ensure that all client planning expectations are met.

4.             PROJECT: KING KHALED MILITARY CITY HOUSING PROJECT.

Client: General Directorate of Military Works.

Position: Planning Engineer.
