Responsibilities and achievements:

Providing PROGESYS and subsidiary companies with HSE and Management consultancy services and providing clients with project management services.

Projects:

RIO TINTO ALCAN / ALSTOM – AP60 (value: 200MUSD), Saguenay, Quebec, Project Planning Engineer

Responsible for providing project management services to our client ALSTOM. Responsibilities included planning and monitoring of the project and providing management with daily and weekly progress reports and analysis (Earned value), developing the as-built plan, a report of recommendation for improving the Project Management System .

PROGESYS, Laval, Montreal, Management Consultant

Reviewing the HSE Management System and developing tools (including Emergency plan, audit forms, process maps, RACI charts, etc.) for implementation of the system within organization.

GENESYS, Quebec City, Quebec, Management Consultant

GENESYS is an engineering firm which was undergoing a major change in their organization structure. Responsibilities in this project was to provide GENESYS with management consultancy services for restructuring and implementation of the Management system in line with the company’s values, goals, ISO, and HSEMS requirements. Deliverables in this project was defining the enterprise management structure and its systems and sub-systems, developing the tools such as procedures, process maps, reporting and audit systems, change management system, risk management system for implementation of quality management system, project management system, and health, safety, and environment management systems.
