Ø  Developing an Integrated / Master Schedule / Program. Schedule Maintenance (Updating, Re-Base lining, Forecast program etc.)

Ø  Development of system for updating, reporting & controlling the project parameters (time, cost etc.)

Ø  Development of PMS (Progress Measurement System, includes weightages, cost breakdown etc.) for the project, Schedule progress reports, “S”-Curves etc.

Ø  Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance. Provide schedule-related recommendations to the project management team on strategies to recover from project delays.

Ø  To perform Delay Analysis (By Impacted As planned method & TIA approach), preparing Claims for Time Extension arising due to Contract Variations.

Ø  Coordination with Client to expedite approvals of various project control documents.

Ø  Risk Analysis, Evaluation & Management - Schedule trends, Qualitative & Quantitative (by Monte Carlo simulation method using Pert Master).
