June, 2014 - q Ensure estimating, planning & cost practices are undertaken in accordance with requirements and procedures
- q Ensures deliverable due dates
- q Facilitates and provides analyses of all project controls deliverables.
- q Based on that analyses, ensures that the proper forecasts are applied to schedule and cost reports
- q Ensures that proper planning and scheduling tools and processes are consistently applied across the project, in accordance with Jacobs corporate standards, contract requirements, and client expectations
- q Facilitates agreement with multiple departments on milestone dates
- q Provides ongoing critical path analyses and milestone status for the program and the individual projects.
- q Prepares and maintains the Project Schedule and any Recovery Schedules, including management of the construction schedule and the conversion to a system-based commissioning schedule.
- q Ensure that any schedule slippage is immediately reported to the Project Manager and Construction Manager and that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate delays
- q Perform IFC material take offs to check engineering accuracy and completeness; and translates the take offs into the FIWPs and schedule
- q Reports on field craft headcounts, rates of placement, status of all work fronts, and progress by area, by contractor, by system, by project, by program.
- q Actively records project history and archives primavera (xer file) on a monthly basis to enable an accurate record to easily and quickly respond to claims by contractors and vendors.
- q Close out the project schedule at project completion to reflect the final actual start and completion dates of all activities.
