Planning ¨ Scheduling ¨ Risk Management ¨ Earned value Analysis

Collecting inputs related to project plan preparation and preparing the baseline schedule.

Monitor critical path & overall schedule on a daily basis. Prepare catch up plans, look ahead plans based on inputs from respective sources and report to Project Manager.

Optimum utilization of resources, Adherence to targets.

Follow up with clients for construction, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.

Budgeting &Costing of different resources like material, labour & other tools required
to start the project.

Aggregate progress reports on a weekly & monthly basis and prepares reports.

Update changes made to the base schedule in a separate version.

 Resource loading, levelling, updating, monitoring, revising and producing all the reports regarding the schedule

Maintain list of estimates with clients and send correspondence quarterly to client noting any change in status of estimate.
