Responsibilities:

• Prepare Tentative Programs for the projects in the Design stage as requested by the employer.
• Review, Comment/Approve Construction Programssubmitted by contractors.
• Review, Analyze, Comment Programs Updates for in progress Projects.
• Assessment / Aid in Assessment of Claims "Raised by the Contractors" during the construction period or after handing over of the projects.
• Prepare Status reports and Performing Earned Value analysis and reports for the projects under construction as required by the employer.
• Plan And Manage the firm's requirements for supervision staff (Employment Plan including profits analysis) for the projects in preconstruction phase.
