District Scheduling Manager, PCL Constructors, District Scheduling Manager

START Date:
July, 2005

I have vast scheduling experience on many complex and accelerated/compressed schedules.  I have more than 10 years of construction experience in construction, engineering, and project scheduling.  I have effectively led teams in the field, communicated with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to accurately prepare work that is the greatest value to the client.  I have a well-rounded construction background encompassing a broad range of roadway and bridge projects that enable me to draw upon my field experience to provide an effective and efficient schedule.  My interpersonal and organizational skills make me a valuable contributor to the team.

I have led and/or participated in pursuits and projects for PCL ranging from $2 million up to $500 million with scopes of work including complex bridges, steel and concrete girder bridges, precast and cast-in-place segmental bridges, and highway and roadway constructions.  I have led the process of selecting the optimum options analysis, with considerations given to schedule alternatives affecting overhead durations and general expenses.  I have experience creating cost and resource loaded baseline schedules, monthly schedule updates, and three week look-aheads.  As a PCL subject matter expert in P3, P6, and P6 EPPM, I have led Primavera 6 scheduling training courses for personnel on jobsites, including VTrans personnel.
