• More than 25 years related construction work experience. Holder of MS in Civil Engineering (1985), a Certified MS-Project, Primavera P6 and PCM Professional, Certified as  Internal Auditor to ISO-9001, Construction Site Safety, Practical Use of the FIDIC 1999 (Red & Yellow Books), Member of Lebanese Body of Engineering (Beirut) since 1985 and Internal Auditor since 1995, married and presently working at Nael and Bin Harmal Hydroexport Est (UAE) as "Head of Planning and Controls Division".

• Previous Experience:

·         2 years as Developer Rep: Team Leader - Programme Controls Manager - Infrastructure with Al Futtaim Group’s Multi-Billion’s Dubai Festival City Development.

·         3 years as EPC Project Manager cum Project Controls Manager: ADWEA – Shuweihat Water Transmission Scheme (Lot E-G2012: 100 KM of 1000 dia Potable Waterline Shuweihat to Silaa), and

·         14 years as Contractor’s Senior Project Manager (2years Project Director) for Major Infrastructure (Sewerage / Storm Water / Drainage / Irrigation) Projects with ADWEA, Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADSSC Projects), Dubai Municipality, ALDAR Developer.
