Project Controller/Lead Scheduler/Project Manager

Lead project controller and scheduler for the power division of the leading commercial construction company in southern Indiana with over 500 million dollars annually in power industry sales. Responsible for creating bid and production schedules that are resource loaded and tied to all budget constraints using the CPM method.  Have consistently been able to produce projection reports after the start of a project that are within 5% variance of actual completion costs.  Able to organize and develop reporting procedures and overview meetings for both craft supervision and management.  Developed recovery plans and “what-if” scenarios for projects with minimal float. All schedules that I have tracked have had a 90% or above adherence ratio.  Produced manpower planning reports that were used to estimate total manhours planned versus actual and estimate total manpower costs for project through completion, this was balanced regularly with the schedule.  Developed PowerPoint presentations for periodic overview of project costs and schedule management.  Have a clear understanding of required scope of a project and report all emerging “out of scope work” to supervision for estimates, impact and incorporation into project.
