  • Development of Engineering Bar-chart Schedules, S-curves and Histograms based on deliverables and in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Development of Procedures & Coordination of Methods & Norms for Planning and Scheduling
  • Maintenance of Cash Flow Statements
  • Periodic Progress Reporting/Meetings
