Position: Cost Estimator, Brass LNG Project (Apr 2005 to Mar 2016)

Main function included overseeing and contributing to the preparation and evaluation of cost estimates for the Brass LNG project.

Duties and responsibilities included the following:

• Prepared Staffing Plan and Owners Costs.
• Reviewed cost impact of changes to FEED design.
• Reviewed bids check EPC estimates used for evaluating the bidders’ proposals.
• Prepared in-house estimates as required.
• Reviewed project controls procedures for the project’s execution phase.
• Participated in bidders’ prequalification and ITT review.
• Participated in evaluation of bidder’s priced proposals.
• Oversight of the Project Controls Department from 2015 to 2017 following the retirement of the Manager, Project Controls.
