Contracts Manager, services & trade, Oman Muscat Airport Terminal and Hotel Project

Currently working as a contracts manager for the middle east region which includes Muscat, UAE, Qatar, Turkmenistan etc. I am currently on a advisory role for my company and i involve from pre tender stages of the project till the successful close out of contracts.

 

Experience summary

  • Possess vast experience in handling projects of international standards with FIDIC base contracts with decent exposure to Construction Contracts law.
  • Possess experience handling International Contracts under oman standard conditions (white book),FIDIC1987, 4th edition, FIDIC 1999-Red book, Yellow book and silver book
  • Generate timely claims, variations and negotiate for prompt settlement strictly in compliance with Contract Conditions during the course of execution
  • Deft in resolving disputes such as DAB, Arbitration under Uncitral and ICC rules.


Commercial / Business Operations:

  • Solid exposure to preparing commercial offers / proposals along with handling contracts / billing related formalities and documentation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with various contractors, clients, govt. and statutory bodies to settle techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during the execution of the project.
  • Train the project staffs with respect to Claims, contracts
