• Responsible for the operation, maintenance and oversight of the project master schedule with primary responsibility for overall schedule integrity; schedule establishment; baseline maintenance; critical path analysis; and identification of potential issues and impacts
• Providing coverage for the Project Controls Manager during leave of absence; preparation and co-ordination of the Quarterly EAC; mentoring and tutoring of junior team members; identifying areas for process improvement and implementing corrective actions; administering cost accounts in accordance with the Boeing Australia earned value management system (EVMS) and relevant contractual requirements; assisting in the preparation and execution of baseline changes requests; and ensuring that project requirements and deadlines were achieved on time and to the desired quality
