-      Identifypotentialrisks,maintainariskregisterandsuggestmitigationplan

-      Review   Schedule   Risk   Analysis   reports   developed   by   using   Primavera   Risk   Analysis(PERTMASTER)

-      Prepare&issuetheaddendumtocontractinviewofapprovedVO.

-      DetailstudyofITBdocument,scopeofwork,andprepareWBS

-      Developtenderscheduleforongoingbids

-      Evaluation  of  indirect  and  direct  manpower  requirement,  equipment  deployment,  cost  oftemporaryfacilitiesandgeneraloverheadsandcalculatescontingencyfactors

-      InvolvedinBidclarificationmeetingsandre-submissionofrevisedbids.
