►Establishing Detailed Project Component Schedules – Level IV / Level V – Both Manpower & Cost loaded

►Prepare Resource Loading Charts, S Curves, Look Aheads, Activity Record Sheets, Planned Aftercares

►Prepare detailed study into design components and prepare execution plans and method statements for execution 

►Involved extensively in Co Ordination Meetings, Client-Consultant-Contractor Progress, Designs & Methodology Reviews

►Prepare Information Requirement Schedule, Package Procurement Programme

►Presenting QMR (Quantity Man-hour Reports) on a weekly / monthly basis

►Preparing Construction Method Statements

►Analyzing Earned Value and Performance Measuring

►Monitoring Project Progress and Resource Scheduling

Reconciling Material and Human Resources Utilized

►Generating Key Performance Indices (KPI’s)

►Reviewing Sub Contractors plans and monitoring project variations on a day-to-day basis

►Conversant with Scaffolds Designs and Shuttering Analysis and access monthly requirement

►Reconciling Bulk Materials, Plant and Machinery

►Preparing Labor Resource Histograms and Tracking Labor Productivity

Involved in preparation of Monthly Material Procurement and Approval Schedules

►Initiating Variation/Time Extension (EOT) Claims whenever applicable as per clauses specified

►Presenting Monthly Progress Indicative Reports

►Implemented Innovative Techniques in Management Information System

►well versed with ISO Standard and Status Maintenance Certified Environments

►Professional working knowledge in reference with International codes
