Designing the proper detail schedule by dividing the engineering documents to three types, 1st those document that all life cycle is done without any huge interruption, like specification doc, 2nd those documents that final stage need to finalized by incorporating the vendor data as a P&IDs and 3rd type that those documents which any stage should be defined as task that will be used to mature other documents or used in procurement or construction phased based on execution plan

  6. Designing and implement change management system to prevent postpone of considering the contractor scope change, in order to prevent negative impact on contractor cash flow and time schedule

  7. Using the rolling wave planning techniques to create a schedule

  8. Create a realistic schedule by identify and analysis of uncertainty to the schedule and using PERT & GERT network by Primavera Risk Analysis Software

  9. Reviewing the contractor claim by using the construction delay analysis techniques, as a: As planned But for, Impacted As Planned, Window Analysis, And, ability to use the Primavera P6.0 to model the events and delay to the network and analysis the impact of them

  10. Designing the One Page Report to report the last status of the project and take the urgent and critical action

  11. Designing the Progress measurement system to generate the project progress in engineering, procurement and construction phase by Microsoft Excel
