- Manage and develop the Project Progress Reports not limited to Monthly Progress Report, 3 Month Rolling Programme, Key Issues Report, Subcontractor Document Submission Schedule
- Generate monthly progress payment claims for work completed
- Design and development of software application in Microsoft Access to track the Site Test Report information after Site Inspection
- Development of a Defect Management System (DMS) for use by the Client (STAR) using MS Access
in order to monitor any trains which register defects during operations
