Perform planning, scheduling,develop Project Control Plan, develop & drive progress measurement systems, develop manpower planning, perform budgeting, perform schedule control and cost control, perform analysis on progress (both schedule and cost) inclusive forecast of completion and %effort required to catch up the progress (if there's delay), perform productivity analysis, perform EVM reporting, develop progress reporting. Developed proposals of payment term eg payment milestones or progress payments based on planned progress/schedule.
