- Preparing the organization structure, overall planning and scheduling,

- Preparing work list, work package guideline for all parties.

- Prepare procedures related to TA such as, Co-ordination guideline, document numbering guideline, etc.,

Turnaround Scheduling, using Primavera P6:

- Built and manage Master Schedule Integration,

- Instruct Contractor to built their schedule and integrated to Owner Master schedule,

- Create Layout, coding, report format applied from Pre-phase to execution until start up phase.

- Resource levelling, Earned Value Management to manage and control schedule and optimize resource.

- Monitoring and Controlling progress, update progress, CPM analysis, highlight/alert activities, items behide schedule and recovery plan issue.

- Close out report and lesson learn.
