Setup and update monthly and bi-monthly construction, commissioning and close-out progress reports. Manage interdisciplinary interfaces. Liaise with contractors for weekly progress reports and evaluate it for contract compliance. Change management on schedule, critical path reports and trend reports. Adjudicate contractor tender schedules in conjunction with contract (NEC) requirements. Evaluate contractor schedules for time and cost implication prior to acceptance.
