Develop, resource, baseline and update project schedule. Develop basis of schedule document. Setup and update monthly and weekly project progress reports. Level 4 construction planning and progress reporting. Setup and update detailed piping progress tracking sheets, daily progress reports and 2 week look ahead schedules. Liaise with sub-contractors for weekly progress reports. Liaise with client for revised access dates and information required by dates. Change management on schedule, critical path reports, trend reports, claims analysis, schedule impact analysis and productivity reports.
