1) Participate in bid and tender meetings, site visit and queries
2) Review of contracts, scope of work
3) Prepare execution plan, WBS and schedule of activity based on contract scope
4) Coordinate with estimating and operational group for budget and work schedule activity
5) Prepare cash flow based on estimated budget and integrate to schedule for resource loading
6) Monitor, track and update project status, and preparation of report for submittals
7) Perform schedule analysis for delays and impact to the existing schedule
