Updating material tracking schedules in accordance with contract schedule; ensuring timely availability of materials to minimize storage requirements while preventing negative schedule impact. Coordinating with site, procurement, accounts & quantity survey to ensure proper arrangement of resources, timely invoicing and realisation of payment. Coordinating with the Contracts Department in preparation of records for realization of claims.
