Planning & Project management:

·         Prepare project charter and project management plan (Scope, Time, Cost & Risk Plan) using MS project and Primavera P6.

·         Create WBS and WBS dictionary, activities and relation between activities, S-curve and cash flow and manpower Histogram.

·         Create the Daily, Weekly & Project Management Monthly report.

·         Coordinate with sites engineers to collect data to update the time and cost plan.

·         Monitor and control projects by using earned value analysis  

·         Using crashing technique for critical activates to minimize the project time and project cost.

·         Create the EOT “Extension Of Time Claim”.

·         Preparing project status report and submit it to PMO / high management.

Consulting:

·         Collect all client requirements.

·         Create the “AS IS” Study of the Organization.

·         Prepare organization structure, Job description, processes, flowcharts, Procedures and templates.

·         Developing key performance indicator according to EFOM methodology.

·         Manage the customer engagement during exciting the project.

Supervision:

·       Supervise the whole production process integrated with the other manufacturing process.

·        Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and disciplining production workers as needed.

·         Maintain the records for production as well as all employee files.

·         Work with the sales, shipping, planning and maintenance departments to coordinate production activities with those of the entire production department.

·         Coordinate with quality control department to make measurement tests for raw materials and final product to guarantee that they match the quality standards.

·         Deal with customers in case there are problems in the product quality.

·         Participate in analyzing inventory levels and supply needs.

·         Give recommendations for the updating and replacing of equipment necessary for production.
