HIGHLIGHTS: In depth, 14+ years planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Control, and Project management experience, including 6+ years in Gulf (UAE & KSA), I have been working for the projects of Oil& Gas (Refineries), Petrochemical, Water Transmission Projects, Utility- Substations, Power Plants and -District Cooling Plants.

o  Through business case to commissioning & handover, I have been involved in the wide range of EPC Projects for the Planning, Scheduling, Cost, risk analysis & estimation of the civil & electro mechanical projects.

o  Integrating Project Management Process for the Execution, Monitoring & Control of the scope, schedule, cost & risks of the EPC projects.

o  Experience in Forensic Delay Analysis, preparation and recommendation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

o Successfully developed particular project controls specification in conjunction of best practices to support the project management team to execute projects on time, on budget, and to specification.

o  Capable of using comprehensive scheduling systems & tools to provide milestone, summary level, and detailed work schedules for EPC projects.

o  Review EPC Contractor’s planning and progress measurement for overall completion of project objectives. Designing and Proposing EPC reports formats & tools for engineering, procurement & construction phases.

o   Proficient in Primavera advanced level (P3, P6 V6.0, V6.1, V8.2, and V8.3, 8.4, 15.1, 15.2 & 16.2), MS project, and pert master based risk analysis and Asta Power project.

o  Fully familiar of recommended practices contained in AACE and PMI standard practices of cost engineering, estimating and planning & Scheduling engineering.

o   Implement Earned Value Management performance measurement. Ensure effective performance analysis and forecasting practices; managing impact of change & trends.

o  Ability to work well as an integral part of a large project team that includes the customer, Project/Portfolio Management team and EPC contractor.
