Understand and define appropriate method for the project completion base on defined project scope. Prepare activity list and group it on work break down structure as required in the contract. With Project Manager and other project member define and indentify logical dependencies between tasks and calculate critical path and float using Primavera/Microsoft Office Project. Estimating and optimized necessary resources for each activity. Preparing progress measurement method and plan and get approval internally and from the client to define project schedule and plan as base plan. Measuring progress in defined periodical time and compares it with the baseline. Reporting project activity and issues to the project manager and the client. Arrange appropriate meeting to get latest issues and do presentation to make all other team member understand the project plan.
