•     I prepare 3-6weeks Look-ahead to monitor the critical path of the project and also to give the construction team heads up to plan on time.
•      Monitor project implementation and progress comparing them with Baseline Schedule
•     I assist both the construction team and my Lead Planner in the control management of Man-hours related documentation
•     I participate in the Resource allocation across the entire project
•     Develop KPI (Key Performance Index) reports to reflect Schedule progress including percent complete versus the plan, progress S curves, manpower histograms, weekly progress reports, manpower productivity versus plan to the Project Management Team
•     Develop good communications and together with a positive attitude and willingness to challenge decisions and offer advice where required.
•     Collect progress updates physically from subcontractors, vendors and updates the master schedule
•     Coordinate with project Engineers and contractors to gain project team agreement and determine scope changes and impact and initiate change control as necessary
•     Ensure planed activities are executed in accordance with the project plan and to source, supervise and allocate manpower/resources as required to achieve project deliverables.
•     Reviewing of Logic and updating the master schedule in accordance with Data date movement
•     Break down of schedule to level 4 such as identifying the line and ISO number using the general arrangement drawing
•     Resource loading at the WBS level and aligning it with progress report
•     Resource leveling
