Post Project Reviews, ProgDevelop overall working programme considering all aspects of the project right form project initiation i.e. Design, Procurement, Method or sequence of work, identify risk elements and measures to mitigate the risk.

Involved in various projects form infrastructure to major building works. I have the ability to breakdown the components of the projects by WBS and integrated them in one overall work programme. Identify the most critical component the project and  also the key interface dates between the components.

One of the major construction projects where, University Petronas USD 360 million (RM 1 billion Ringgit). This projects consist of major infrastructure works, various faculty and Mechanical and Electrical Works , Civil  and Central Cooling Plant.

Track and monitor critical documents that are associated with contractual claims .  Identify potential  delay issue and prepare mitigation measure  i.e Interface milestone . Highlighting critical and potential issue and advising on mitigation measures. Have experience in using Risk Analysis tool . @Risk .  Carrying Risk Analysis to determine P70 and P90 for specific  schedule .

Establish Integrated work programme integrating various work  packages  into a master programme. Determine earn value reports   SPI and CPI  of the project .
