• Understand projects requirements in line with delivery. • Communicate with client regarding Programme requirements and Project status. • Prepare Project Schedule in Primavera with resource loading, coding and WBS as required (may be NEC Contact) requirements or Client requirements. • Analyze project resource requirements and prepare resources loaded Programme.• Provide all kinds of Project Reporting at various level, such as Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report w.r.t reaming works, project status, important actions required, implication if action not taken in time. • Scheduling Project Programme with progress and changes tracking in regular time interval. • Provide and fulfilling NEC contracts requirements while executing Project. • Providing Planning support to NEC contract commercial requirements. • Project Submission, taking approval from client and communicate the client requirements. • Providing Earned Value Management services as per requirement. • Proficiency in high level Primavera software handling along with MS Project. • Providing Critical Path and Float requirement in schedule as per project requirement. • Providing Cost Management to Project, such as Budget, Actual and Estimate to completion. • In completed projects, interface scheduling and its impact tracking in programme. • Understand and capture all time related impact of project into schedule and reporting. • Review critical issue of project w.r.t to schedule and Programme.
