- Advances planning experience for various project was referred to industrial pharmaceutics, petrochemical and chemical building etc.
- Skill in schedule software tools by using P3~6 and Microsoft Project/Excel etc. Planning and scheduling whole EPCm project integrating each phase deliverable activities as to establish schedule have a reasonable duration, and logical sequence. It was experienced up to five Levels of schedules as requirement.
- Advanced skills to monitoring, updating, analysing schedule/progress and setting up progress measurement through various project phases.
- Competent to Risk Management & Opportunities through project lifecycle. Risk assumption and assessment for each phase & stage and involved parties of project. Simulate risks and set reliable targets for project management team.
- Skilled project hierarchy for phase, unit, discipline, deliverable list, activities, systems, resources and Volumes. The capability of setting up project WBS, DBS, VBS and OBS to meet project management requirement in correspond with Client approved procedure.
- Skilled technical knowledge for CSA design and construction. General knowledge for the processes of discipline design, construction, cost estimate/control, document control, contract management, safety and QA/QC management.
- Competent to maintain good interpersonal relationship with various parties to facilitate project proceeding closely.
