• Develop schedule Construction and Precommissioning / Commissioning level 3 and level 4 schedules using Primavera software.
• Develop and prepare weekly and monthly report to management and client.
• Develop and prepare staffing curve/manpower histograms, productivity calculation and actual quantity installation reports
• Develop progress measurement system, regular progress monitoringand earned value analysis.
• Project man hour budget monitoring and analysis. Productivity analysis and forecast at completion.
• Progress Record coordination with subcontractor
• Review and analysis Subcontractors schedule and performance in order to meet with Contract Milestone
• Prepare look ahead plan schedule
