- Develop schedule Construction and Precommissioning / Commissioning level 3 and level 4 schedules using Primavera software.
- Develop and prepare weekly and monthly report to management and client.
- Develop and prepare staffing curve/manpower histograms, productivity calculation and actual quantity installation reports
- Develop progress measurement system, regular progress monitoringand earned value analysis.
- Project man hour budget monitoring and analysis. Productivity analysis and forecast at completion.
- Progress Record coordination with subcontractor
- Review and analysis Subcontractors schedule and performance in order to meet with Contract Milestone
- Prepare look ahead plan schedule
