Initially based at regional office Birmingham, working at Banbury Project Evergreen site (upgrading 9 miles of track from single to twin track for about £8 million) planning with Primavera P3 and SureTrak. Was subsequently involved in current tenders and monitoring of running projects from H/O, finally was on 3 other major contracts for Cherwell Valley Resignalling with Network Rail and Westinghouse, Wolverhampton Station Platform and Coventry Abolition of Level Crossings on the West Coast Main Line. Always part of a team working on NR alliance contract conditions, usually supplying NR with their P3 updates in their format (fully resourced and with money as a resource), sometimes running another programme for the site team or presenting it in another format. A lot of liaison with different Contracts and Project Managers plus the site QS and the estimator.
